Blocked Content Policy
Yoyes (yoyes.ai) ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Service, an AI-powered image generation platform that allows text-to-image and image-to-image generation (including uploading reference photos for transformations like changing clothing, hairstyle, or pose).
We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and lawful environment. Generated and uploaded images are private to your account, but certain categories of content are strictly prohibited.
1. Prohibited Content
You may not upload, generate, attempt to generate, or facilitate:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material or Exploitation of Minors: Any content depicting, suggesting, or resembling minors in sexual contexts, or any exploitation of minors (including uploading photos of minors). This is strictly forbidden and may be reported to authorities.
- Non-Consensual Intimate or Harmful Imagery (Deepfakes): Using uploaded photos of real individuals to generate intimate, nude, defamatory, or harmful content without their explicit consent.
- Extreme Violence or Gore: Content promoting or depicting graphic violence, torture, self-harm, or harm to others.
- Hate Speech and Discrimination: Content promoting hatred or discrimination based on protected characteristics.
- Illegal Activities: Content encouraging illegal acts (terrorism, fraud, etc.).
- Intellectual Property or Privacy Infringement: Content violating copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights (see DMCA Policy).
- Misleading Impersonation: Deceptive representations intended to mislead or harm.
These prohibitions apply to uploaded reference images and generated outputs.
2. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for uploaded images and generated outputs. You must have all necessary rights and consents for any uploaded photos of real persons.
Attempting to bypass filters violates this policy.
3. Content Moderation and Enforcement
We use automated filters to detect prohibited content in real time. As a small platform, manual review is limited but available for flagged items.
Violations may result in content blocking, removal, account suspension/termination, or legal reporting.
