2. Response to DMCA Notices

• Notify the user who posted the material and provide them with a copy of the notice.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature;
• Identification of the material that was removed and its former location;
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake;
• Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hong Kong;
• A statement that you will accept service of process from the complainant.

We will forward the counter-notification to the original complainant. If no legal action is filed within 10-14 business days, we may restore the material at our discretion.
